Return Policy

Online items may be returned by mail if it meets the following criteria:

-Final Sale items may not be returned.

-Items purchased at a pop-up event/local in-person market are considered final sale.

-Unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 15 days of delivery date may be returned for a store credit only. 

-Returns must be returned with order receipt/gift receipt.

-If you believe you have received incorrect items or damaged items, you must contact Midland Mercantile via email within 3 days of delivery date. 

-When making a return you must first contact us and we will initiate your return process. If your items meet the above criteria to make a return, please put "Return Request" in the subject line. 

-Do not ship items back without first contacting Midland Mercantile.
